  • Extensive knowledge in installation, configuration,administration,and optimization of performance inthe following:
  • Phoneanddesk side ITsupport
  • Office 365 SharePointSupport
  • Troubleshoot Workstation and Network printer Issue.
  • Monitorticket and resolve all remote access/VPN connectivityIssue.
  • Monitor, update and resolve all printerServerissue and servicecenter ticket.
  • Report all application issue toNetworkorSystemEngineeringforresolution.
  • Work with Vendors to replace brokenor non-functional equipment.
  • Complete range of Intel AMD basedprocessor exclusively for Microsoft based Operating system(Windows10/8/7).
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of all Network Printersand Scanners
